Version 3.9
- Bug Fix: Several problems relating to the CREATEKEY and DELETEKEY registry statements. Applies to all versions.
- Bug Fix: In v3.7 and 3.8 only, a bug caused installs that included the VB runtime files, to potentially have problems installing patches in the future for that program.

- New Feature: File Extension Associations. You can now easily associate file types with your application.
- New Feature: 2 new link options (ability to choose a custom icon and to start a program minimized or maximized)
Version 3.8 critical
- Bug Fix: Possible data/file access problems with a program run via the OPENPROGRAM statement.
- Bug Fix: When uninstalling a patch that was downloaded and installed via the Internet Update Module, the internal reference to it may not have been removed, causing the Internet Update Module to still think the patch was installed.
- Bug Fix (Launchpad): Projects folder being reset upon an upgrade to a new version of SSE Setup.
- Bug Fix (Launchpad): Earlier versions of SSE Setup may not have correctly identified a program update as "critical" when checking for updates.
- Bug Fix (Launchpad): An "install-log.dat" file MAY have appeared in your final project distributions.
- New Feature: You can now easily install links to subfolders and create subfolders from within the links section.
- New Feature: Via the Internet Update Module, added ability to install an upgrade non-silently.
- New Change/Feature: You can now specify specific versions for which an upgrade or a patch are a critical update in conjunction with the Internet Update Module.
Version 3.7
- Bug Fix (partial): RARE "oleaut32.dll out of date" error msg when running install on Win95, 98 original, or NT.
- Bug Fix: Running the Internet Update Module with the /WCS switch may have left an old version's folder after downloading and installing an upgrade.

- New Feature: WIZARD4 GUITYPE added. Just like WIZARD3 but has text-only buttons.
- New Change: There is now a "?" about button that shows on all Wizard GUI's if you're not a licensed SSE Setup user. Just states SSE Setup name and license info.
Version 3.5 critical
